Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years travel booking experience including international and complex itineraries
- proficiency in Sabre GDS system
- knowledge of travel codes and government travel regulations
- strong computer and multitasking skills
- ability to deliver excellent customer service
- excellent communication and listening skills
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- weekend availability including weekends only schedule
- ability to work remotely
- ability to pass background checks
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to obtain security clearance as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel including complex international trips
- experience using a GDS system, specifically Sabre required and Amadeus a plus
- knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes
- familiarity with government travel requirements, visas, and passports
- understanding of federal travel regulations such as Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement
- strong computer and typing skills with ability to navigate multiple programs using shortcut keys
- demonstrated ability to learn and use multiple applications and monitors simultaneously
- excellent customer service skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- excellent listening skills to understand traveler needs
- strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- highly self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- clear and concise communication with openness to feedback

Job Duties
- Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes
- utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations accurately and efficiently
- maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
- check queues daily to ensure accuracy and completeness of issued tickets
- maintain service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors, waiver/favors, RezCritiques, and vacation referrals
- provide travel expertise to clients including sending quotes for international travel and reviewing restrictions
- meet key performance indicators including productivity, transactions, attendance, and adherence to schedule
- communicate with airlines on flight changes, seating, and upgrades and update clients
- follow company policies, procedures, and approved workflows
- provide excellent customer service, showing empathy and resolving traveler issues
- communicate effectively with colleagues to solve problems and gather information
- participate in ongoing training to build industry knowledge and skills
- represent ADTRAV by embracing company values and maintaining effective relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and clients
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
