Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience booking domestic and international travel
- Experience with Sabre GDS system
- Knowledge of travel codes and regulations
- Strong computer and typing abilities
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work evening, night, weekend shifts
- Ability to work remotely in compliance with company policy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to pass credit and background checks
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Able to sit for extended computer work periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel, with complex international travel preferred
- Experience using a GDS system, Sabre required, Amadeus a plus
- Knowledgeable of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes
- Familiarity with government travel requirements, visas, and passports
- Understanding of federal travel regulations including Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement
- Strong computer and typing skills including efficient navigation and shortcut use
- Experience learning and using technology effectively, with ability to multitask across multiple applications and monitors
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service both internally and externally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening abilities to understand and respond to traveler needs
- High attention to detail emphasizing accuracy and quality
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Clear and concise communication skills with openness to feedback
- Professional and positive demeanor with clients and coworkers
- Ability to work remotely meeting company home-office standards
- Capacity to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

- Willingness to work evening, night, overnight, and weekend shifts typically between 7pm-7am CT
- Ability to obtain security clearance for high-level security accounts
- Successful completion of credit, criminal, and employment background checks
Job Duties
- Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or itinerary changes
- Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other travel reservations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
- Check queues daily to ensure accuracy and completeness of issued tickets
- Maintain service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors, Waiver/Favors, RezCritiques, and Vacation Referrals
- Provide expert travel advice and quotes for international travel, interpret travel rules including restrictions, non-refundable tickets, open skies, and FAA regulations
- Meet key performance indicators including productivity, transaction volumes, and consistent schedule adherence
- Communicate with airlines regarding flight changes, seating, upgrades, and keep clients updated
- Follow ADTRAV’s policies, procedures, and approved workflows to service travelers effectively
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy, identifying and solving traveler issues
- Collaborate effectively with agents and employees to resolve problems and gather information
- Participate in ongoing training to build knowledge and skills continuously
- Represent ADTRAV by embodying company values and maintaining effective working relationships
- Adhere to company policies and complete other duties as assigned
