Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of corporate, government, or complex international travel booking experience
- Proficient in Sabre GDS system
- Knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes
- Familiarity with government travel regulations, visas, and passports
- Understanding of federal travel policies including Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement
- Strong computer skills with typing proficiency
- Ability to navigate multiple applications and monitors
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong English communication skills
- Strong listening and attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and organized
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Availability to work varied evening, night, and weekend shifts
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Willingness to undergo background checks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel
- Experience using a GDS system, Sabre required
- Knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes
- Knowledgeable of government travel requirements, visas, and passports
- Understanding of federal travel regulations, Fly America Act, and Open Skies Agreement
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Ability to use multiple applications and monitors
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy
- Highly self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities

Job Duties
- Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel or itinerary changes
- Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
- Check queues daily to ensure ticket accuracy and completeness
- Maintain service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors, waiver/favors, RezCritiques, and vacation referrals
- Provide travel expertise to clients including international travel quotes and breaking down rules
- Meet KPIs including productivity and attendance
- Communicate with airlines on flight changes, seating, and upgrades, providing updates to clients
- Follow ADTRAV policies, procedures, and approved workflows
- Provide excellent customer service with empathy and problem-solving
- Communicate effectively with other agents and employees
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge
- Represent ADTRAV by embracing company values and maintaining relationships
- Adhere to company policies
- Other duties as assigned
