Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel
- Experience using a GDS system, Sabre required, Amadeus a plus
- Knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes
- Familiarity with government travel requirements, visas, and passports
- Understanding of federal travel regulations, Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Demonstrated experience learning and using technology
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent English communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience booking domestic and international travel
- Experience with a GDS system, Sabre required, Amadeus preferred
- Knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes
- Familiarity with government travel requirements, visas, and passports
- Understanding of federal travel regulations including Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple programs efficiently
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and clarify client needs

Job Duties
- Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting travel arrangements or itinerary changes
- Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients rapidly
- Check queues daily to ensure all issued tickets are accurate and complete
- Maintain and support service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors and vacation referrals
- Provide expert travel advice to clients including international travel quotes and regulation guidance
- Meet key performance indicators and maintain consistent attendance and schedule adherence
- Communicate with airlines on flight changes, seating, and upgrades and update clients accordingly
- Follow ADTRAV policies, procedures, and workflows for traveler service
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate effectively with other agents and employees to resolve issues and share information
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge and skills
- Represent ADTRAV’s values and maintain positive relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and clients
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
