Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience booking domestic and international travel
- Experience with Sabre GDS system
- Knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes
- Understanding of government travel requirements, visas, and passports
- Familiarity with federal travel regulations including Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Ability to use multiple applications and monitors simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent listening and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and accept feedback
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to work remotely according to company policies
- Ability to work evening, night, overnight, and weekend shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel, complex international travel a plus
- Experience using GDS systems, Sabre required, Amadeus a plus
- Knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes
- Familiarity with government travel requirements, visas, and passports
- Understanding of federal travel regulations including Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement
- Strong computer and typing skills with ability to navigate multiple programs efficiently
- Experience learning and using technology with multiple applications and monitors
- Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong listening skills with ability to clarify traveler needs
- Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Highly self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Clear and concise communication skills with openness to feedback
- Professional and positive demeanor with internal and external customers
- Ability to work remotely meeting company home-office requirements

Job Duties
- Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes to existing itineraries
- Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
- Check queues daily to ensure accuracy and completeness of issued tickets
- Maintain service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors, Waiver/Favors, RezCritiques, and Vacation Referrals
- Provide travel expertise to clients
- Send quotes for international travel and explain restrictions or non-refundable rules
- Meet KPIs including productivity, transactions, consistent attendance, and schedule adherence
- Communicate with airlines regarding flight changes, seating, upgrades and update clients accordingly
- Follow ADTRAV policies, procedures, and approved workflows for servicing travelers
- Provide excellent customer service showing empathy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate effectively with other agents and employees
- Acquire knowledge of ADTRAV's industry and customer base
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and industry knowledge
- Represent ADTRAV by upholding company values and maintaining professional relationships
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
