Job Duties

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and assess learning and development needs
  • Design and implement training solutions both in-house and external
  • Monitor, track, and report effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
  • Develop and drive training and development strategies to strengthen organizational capabilities
  • Build strategic partnerships with business leaders to align training with company goals
  • Evaluate individual and group training needs and create plans to meet them
  • Work closely with leadership to structure, pilot, and manage training programs
  • Develop and mentor employees with a continuous improvement mentality
  • Collect and analyze data to inform leadership development and succession planning
  • Research and support performance management training programs
  • Develop workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning programs
  • Manage the performance management system including performance standards and evaluation tools
  • Conduct presentations and training sessions
  • Coach and advise management on talent management and leadership development
  • Prepare and approve budgets and travel plans
