Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move items over 50 lbs
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday
- Ability to work approximately 12 to 25 hours per week
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coach and motivate staff
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Capacity to handle confidential information with professionalism

- Experience and working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Proven leadership abilities

Job Duties
- Manage staff and uphold Bulk Barn standards in absence of Store Manager
- Coach and motivate staff to perform duties effectively
- Delegate tasks among employees
- Follow up to ensure tasks are executed correctly and timely
- Lead and assist workers in daily tasks
- Assist customers exceeding their expectations
- Process cash transactions using POS and Interact terminal
- Clean the store
- Restock store shelves
- Unload deliveries over 50 lbs
- Maintain store cleanliness at all times
- Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
