Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum seven years of relevant experience
- Strong proven record in fundraising and special events
- Ability to work with boards volunteers and committees
- Experience in marketing and sales preferred
- Ability to manage budgets and coordinate multiple events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Identify cultivate and maintain relationships with key businesses and vendors
- Create strategic partnerships and event marketing opportunities for corporate sponsorship
- Manage sponsorship fulfillment and engagement with community leaders
- Assist in planning directing and executing fundraising cultivation and donor recognition events
- Recruit vendors and new sponsors to existing events
- Communicate and coordinate with operations and event staff to track participation and provide reports
- Develop and implement event plans including fundraising goals and volunteer mobilization
