Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience

  • basic time management problem solving and project management skills
  • knowledge of CAFM systems Eptura preferred
  • general software skills in Microsoft 365
  • good communication skills both oral and written with all levels of the organization

Job Duties

  • Provide planning assistance for corporate campus events partnering with all levels of the organization and multiple teams
  • coordinate and execute event logistics including furniture setup catering beverages and housekeeping
  • create and maintain Airtable schedules and task lists for events small projects and team support services
  • manage inventory to ensure availability and usability of event-related stock items
  • process new hire and exiting teammate tickets conduct monthly space planning walkthroughs and update CAFM records for multiple high-density Charlotte offices
  • perform CAFM database QA to ensure 98 percent accuracy is maintained
  • handle miscellaneous requests
