Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Active California Guard Card
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or security position
  • Background screening required
  • Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service
  • High level of awareness, attentiveness and alertness
  • Ability to deescalate situations and remain calm in confrontation
  • Astute observation and detailed notetaking and reporting

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Active California Guard Card
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or security position
  • Solid and stable work history in the past 6 years
  • Background screening required
  • Security, military, corrections or law enforcement experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Monitoring access control and challenging those without proper identification
  • Maintaining the visitor management system, checking visitors and guests
  • Issuing badges and access cards and maintaining secure logs
  • Monitoring a CCTV system
  • Handling incoming calls and emails
  • Providing lobby detail and ensuring egress corridors are accessible
  • Checking in authorized personnel onsite
