Job Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Possess exceptional customer service skills
- Have basic phone and computer skills
- Hold a state-issued security license if applicable
- Able to work the set schedule of Saturday through Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Job Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Have basic proficiency in phone and computer use
- Hold a state security license if required
- Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process including background and drug tests
Job Duties
- Provide customer service by welcoming visitors and verifying identity
- Manage access control and maintain secure entry points
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to security incidents and provide first aid when necessary
- Coordinate with emergency response teams as needed
- Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns to management
