Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years as a Hotel Director of Revenue
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of managerial experience in hotel operations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of operations and revenue management
- Experience in employee training
- Computer literacy including Excel, Word, reservation systems
- Ability to travel when necessary
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to New Orleans
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Director of Revenue
- Strong background in hotel operations and revenue management
- Experience in employee training
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of reservation and yield management systems
- Experience in multi-unit property management
- Front office or revenue manager experience at a full-service hotel
Job Duties
- Maximize room revenue by managing room inventory across multiple properties
- Support and train revenue management teams at each hotel
- Oversee the development and execution of revenue strategies
- Monitor achievement of budgeted room revenue goals
- Develop and present timely revenue management reports
- Participate actively in senior executive committee meetings
- Facilitate global communication and information sharing among revenue teams
