Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant restaurant or hospitality industry experience
- Demonstrated ability in training development and delivery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit restaurant environment
- Proficiency in operational audits and process improvement
- Willingness to travel and work on-site full-time
- Commitment to upholding company culture and values
Job Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience including training or multi-unit operations support
- Experience supporting new restaurant openings preferred
- Strong knowledge of front of house operations with working knowledge of back of house
- Proven ability to develop and deliver structured training programs
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Fully on-site role requiring 5 days per week at company location
Job Duties
- Design and implement full-cycle training programs for new store openings and existing store performance improvement
- Develop structured training plans for front of house, back of house, shift leads, and management
- Lead training efforts for pre-opening and opening phases of new stores
- Coordinate with operations, HR, and store leadership to ensure staffing readiness
- Conduct on-site training, simulations, and support soft openings
- Audit front of house operations and training materials to identify gaps and opportunities
- Develop and support execution of solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Coach and mentor store managers and trainers on training delivery
- Support execution and follow-through of improvement initiatives with general managers and district managers
- Ensure training compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and labor guidelines
- Reinforce brand standards, hospitality, and company values
- Provide regular training and operational progress reports to Director of Operations
- Track training effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements
