Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or related field
- 7 to 10 years of marketing experience in hospitality or multi-property environments
- Proven success managing marketing strategies for multiple hotels or brands
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, CRM, and social media
- Experience in brand management, creative development, and content production
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated leadership and team influence capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required
- Based at corporate office in Kirkland, WA
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with comfort presenting to executive teams and ownership
Job Duties
- Assist property-level marketing teams in executing multi-property marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth across the region
- Align regional marketing priorities with corporate goals and local property business plans
- Conduct market analysis to identify demand trends, competitive opportunities, and regional performance insights
- Lead cross-property collaboration to ensure efficiencies, shared best practices, and cohesive brand representation
- Direct the digital marketing strategy for all hotels in the region, including SEO, PPC, display, metasearch, and email marketing
- Develop regional social media frameworks to support property-level execution and consistency
- Uphold brand standards across all marketing channels and ensure consistency across properties
- Build relationships with regional media, tourism boards, destination partners, and key industry organizations
- Oversee regional CRM strategy, including email campaigns, loyalty communications, and targeted customer segmentation
- Guide field marketing teams in developing and managing the regional marketing budget across all assigned hotels
- Assist hotels in marketing on-property events, seasonal promotions, and special campaigns
- Compile regional marketing reports and present strategic insights to executive leadership
