Job Qualifications
- associate’s degree or higher in business or a related field, or equivalent experience in an administrative capacity
- 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a property management, hospitality, or service-related industry
- works effectively with coworkers, clients, customers, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner
- addresses problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions
- must possess a high energy attitude and an ability to multi-task/prioritize different projects at any given time
- superior oral and written communication skills
Job Duties
- greet visitors as they enter the office
- answer telephone, screen calls, take and relay messages
- provide information to callers and transfer callers to the appropriate person
- maintain sign-in and sign-out procedures for visitors
- provide general clerical and administrative support to office employees
- coordinate and maintain the schedule for the conference rooms and conference telephone lines
- prepare outgoing mail and receive and sort incoming mail
- call messenger service for package deliveries
- order business cards, name plates, and office placards
- update and manage various company contact lists
