Job Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
- Willingness to work in an onsite role five days a week
- Strong customer focus orientation and teamwork
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite (Office, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Provide a professional and welcoming presence
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees from other locations
- Manage door access, sign-in procedures, and badge distribution
- Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals
- Manage incoming calls and emails, including the guard shack line
- Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Coordinate outgoing mail and inter-office deliveries
- Order office supplies and coffee in coordination with designated staff
- Create and manage employee, intern, and contractor badges
- Provide support for badge-related issues
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure all safety protocols are communicated to new employees
- Support the ordering and coordination of lunches for meetings
- Serve as the primary contact for booking and managing meeting room availability
- Perform data entry, make copies, and other clerical duties
- Provide back-up for Executive Assistants as needed
- Complete other duties as assigned
