Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in front desk or administrative support roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of front desk experience in the corporate environment preferred
  • Professional demeanor with strong phone and customer service etiquette
  • Proficient in Outlook Excel and Word
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
  • Must be punctual well organized and able to work independently and as a team player

Job Duties

  • Front desk management including screening and routing calls welcoming visitors and answering their questions handling mail receipt and distribution
  • General office support and maintenance including ordering office supplies placing catering orders and supporting travel arrangements
  • Backup management on coordinating and communicating with International offices
  • Other administrative support assignments as needed
