Job Requirements
- 5-7+ years of business aviation or equivalent work experience
- At least 3000 hours of total flight time
- 1000 hours of jet experience preferred
- Valid ATP certificate
- Valid and current US Passport
- No FAA sanctions or accidents in the last 5 years
- Must be local to Philadelphia International Airport
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong focus on safety and risk identification
- Demonstrated relationship management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Reporting to the Chief Pilot
- Connecting Lincoln's employees to clients and customers in support of company strategy, mission, and vision
- Performing and ensuring all flight responsibilities comply with company flight operations manuals, safety management systems, training documents, standard operating procedures, and civil aviation regulations
- Engaging with peers and crews to share knowledge and experiences
- Identifying and directing the implementation of process improvements to enhance quality across the team
