Job Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of business aviation or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3000 hours of total flight time
  • 1000 hours of jet experience preferred
  • Valid ATP certificate
  • Valid and current US Passport
  • No FAA sanctions or accidents in the last 5 years
  • Must be local to Philadelphia International Airport
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong focus on safety and risk identification
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of business aviation or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3000 hours of total flight time with 1000 hours of jet experience preferred
  • Valid ATP Certificate
  • Hold a valid and current US Passport
  • No FAA sanctions or accidents in the last 5 years
  • Must be local to Philadelphia International Airport
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong focus on safety and risk mitigation
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Confident and effective communicator with customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Reporting to the Chief Pilot
  • Connecting Lincoln's employees to clients and customers in support of company strategy, mission, and vision
  • Performing and ensuring all flight responsibilities comply with company flight operations manuals, safety management systems, training documents, standard operating procedures, and civil aviation regulations
  • Engaging with peers and crews to share knowledge and experiences
  • Identifying and directing the implementation of process improvements to enhance quality across the team
