Job Requirements

  • Completion of required number of training hours
  • Total of 5,000 flight hours
  • Minimum 2,500 hours pilot in command (PIC)
  • 1,000 hours of PIC turbine
  • 1,000 hours of multi-engine
  • 500+ hours of actual IFR (Instrument Flight Rules, IMC)
  • Pass all relevant tests and exams
  • Type rated in an Embraer Phenom 300 and Embraer Legacy 500 preferred
  • Possess/obtain all necessary licenses and certification
  • Possesses current Airline Transport Pilot’s Certificate (ATP)
  • Part 135 or 91 corporate pilot experience a plus
  • US first class medical required
  • Strong communication skill
  • Ability to function under pressure
  • Situational awareness
  • Read and interpret technical procedures, blueprints and flight manuals
  • Ensure compliance of federal, state laws and regulations including federal aviation regulations
  • 3-years of previous aviation experience

Job Duties

  • Performing pre-flight and post-flight inspections of fuel, equipment, and navigational systems
  • Operating the aircraft safely and ensure strict adherence to flight operations manual
  • Monitoring weather conditions and communicating with air traffic control during flights
  • Liaising with co-pilots and flight crew throughout the flight
  • Anticipating issues and providing updates/reassurance to passengers and crew during emergencies
  • Determining the safest routes and analyzing flight plans prior to takeoff
  • Getting enough rest between flights
  • Keeping up to date with aircraft advancements and equipment
  • Make flying a stimulating experience for passengers
  • Cooperative and collaborative, willing and eager to work in a team environment, assist with miscellaneous duties as required
