Job Duties

  • Lead the creative vision and production of the dessert menu
  • collaborate with Corporate and Executive Chefs on menu development and implementation
  • manage and inspire various pastry teams
  • ensure high standards of quality and consistency in dessert production
  • maintain accountability towards the chef team and peers
  • work independently and as part of a team
  • uphold compliance with health and safety regulations
