Job Duties

Lead the creative vision and production of the dessert menu
collaborate with Corporate and Executive Chefs on menu development and implementation
manage and inspire various pastry teams
ensure high standards of quality and consistency in dessert production
maintain accountability towards the chef team and peers
work independently and as part of a team
uphold compliance with health and safety regulations
