Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a pastry leadership position
  • Commitment to craft and continued pursuit of growth and creativity
  • A sense of accountability towards the chef team and peers
  • Ability to lead various pastry teams, build team morale and inspire
  • Familiarity with volume food service
  • Flexible availability
  • Possession of a valid Texas food handler’s certificate

Job Duties

  • Lead the creative vision and production of the dessert menu
  • Work closely with Corporate and Executive Chefs on creation, development and implementation of pastry programs
  • Manage various pastry teams, build team morale and inspire staff
  • Ensure high standards of quality, presentation and consistency in all pastry products
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability to support volume food service operations
  • Uphold food safety standards including compliance with local health regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver cohesive menu experiences
