- Commitment to craft and continued pursuit of growth and creativity
- A sense of accountability towards the chef team and peers
- Ability to lead various pastry teams, build team morale and inspire
- Familiarity with volume food service
- Flexible availability
- Possession of a valid Texas food handler’s certificate

Job Duties
- Lead the creative vision and production of the dessert menu
- Work closely with Corporate and Executive Chefs on creation, development and implementation of pastry programs
- Manage various pastry teams, build team morale and inspire staff
- Ensure high standards of quality, presentation and consistency in all pastry products
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability to support volume food service operations
- Uphold food safety standards including compliance with local health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver cohesive menu experiences
