- Bachelors’ degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience

Job Duties
- Work closely with Corporate Sales staff to manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring contractual fulfillment and identifying upsell opportunities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and proof of performance documents for existing and potential partners
- Assist sales team with management of sponsorship and hospitality inventory
- Execute all partnership activations, including game-day promotions, print, digital and signage implementation, special events, and hospitality experiences
- Coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site activations, ensuring client satisfaction
- Track and report partnership performance, including proof of performance and ROI analysis
- Serve as project manager for major marketing and partnership initiatives, building timelines and ensuring cross-departmental collaboration
