Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in event planning, hospitality, or marketing
- minimum 5-7 years of meeting and planning experience
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- ability to communicate professionally with all levels within the company
- strong project management skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- ability to work independently
- high initiative and self-starter attitude
- travel availability
- CMP designation preferred
Job Qualifications

- minimum 5-7 years of meeting and planning experience in a results-oriented environment
- excellent organizational, time management, logistical planning, and execution skills

- strong project management and strategic thinking skills

- exceptional human relations skills

Job Duties
- Develop meeting strategies and define meeting objectives and measures
- manage projects or provide support based on corporate and department standards and guidelines
- manage onsite operations for conferences and events in coordination with contracted vendors
- collaborate with business partners, including senior management, to determine meeting objectives and expectations
- plan, organize, and implement functional meetings and events
- plan and manage initiatives to assure expected results within established deadlines and budgets
- manage business owners' relationships and communicate effectively with business owners, vendors, and conference attendees
- mentor meeting and event planners and provide leadership and support
- communicate project plans, creative and execution strategy, and project status to partners and team
- serve as lead planner or support staff based on business needs
- perform responsibilities within budget and assigned resources
