Job Requirements

  • minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in event planning or coordination
  • technical proficiency with event software and audiovisual equipment
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed

Job Duties

  • support the full cycle of planning logistical coordination on-site execution and breakdown of all organizational meetings and events
  • partner with internal teams vendors and external stakeholders to manage timelines materials catering attendee flow and day-of adjustments
  • set up operate and troubleshoot event software and conference room technology serving as technical support for in-person virtual and hybrid meetings
