Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years booking domestic and international travel
  • Proficiency with GDS systems, especially Sabre
  • Familiarity with federal travel regulations
  • Strong computer literacy and typing skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and complete training
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel, complex international travel preferred
  • Experience using GDS systems, Sabre required, Amadeus a plus
  • High knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes
  • Understanding of federal travel regulations including Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement
  • Strong computer and typing skills with ability to navigate multiple programs and use shortcut keys
  • Proven ability to learn and use technology effectively across multiple applications and monitors
  • Consistent delivery of excellent customer service internally and externally
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong listening skills to understand and respond to traveler needs
  • High attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and concise communication skills with openness to feedback
  • Professional and positive demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work remotely while meeting home-office requirements
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

  • Flexible to work schedule between Monday-Friday, 7 am-7 pm CT, including some weekends

Job Duties

  • Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or itinerary changes
  • Utilize Sabre to accurately and efficiently book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations
  • Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay
  • Check queues daily to ensure ticketing accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors, Waiver/Favors, RezCritiques, and Vacation Referrals
  • Provide travel expertise and advice to clients
  • Send quotes for international travel, breaking down rules to identify restrictions or non-refundable fares, understanding open skies and FAA rules
  • Meet KPIs including productivity and transaction targets, consistent attendance, and schedule adherence
  • Communicate with airlines regarding flight changes, seating, and upgrades, providing updates to clients
  • Follow ADTRAV policies, procedures, and approved workflows in servicing travelers
  • Provide excellent customer service with empathy, identifying and solving traveler issues
  • Collaborate effectively with other agents and employees to solve problems and gather information
  • Stay knowledgeable about ADTRAV's industry and client base
  • Participate in ongoing training for continuous skill development
  • Represent ADTRAV by embracing company values and maintaining effective relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and clients
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
