Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of airport operations experience
Experience in a leadership role at a station level
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Capability to deliver training both in-person and virtually
Location near a station connected to at least two United hubs
Ability to travel extensively up to 100%

Job Qualifications

A minimum of 3+ years of airport operations experience
Experience in a leadership role at a station level such as UGE Local Ramp Instructor, RGOM level 1, Lead Agent, GM
Bachelor’s degree or applicable experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to execute deliverables on time
A focus on organization and record-keeping
Attention to detail and capability to complete initiatives
Facilitate classroom instruction in an in-person and virtual environment
Interest in applying creative and critical thinking to projects and challenges
Excellent written and verbal skills
Must be located near a station that connects to a minimum of 2 United Hubs
Willingness to travel up to 100%

Job Duties

Managing a fully booked class schedule week over week
Delivering virtual and or in person training curricula
Delivering timely, professional correspondence with students and peers
Completing session close out, logistics, and expense reporting
Supporting station start-ups, transitions and special projects
Performing other management and administrative tasks as assigned
