Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sports marketing, business or hospitality management or related major or equivalent combination of education training and experience
  • Five years related experience in sales including special or sports events environment preferred
  • Experience with omni-channel, integrated marketing, and sales communication platforms
  • Knowledge of business-to-business marketing communication strategies and sales tactics
  • Ability to manage client needs and execute sales strategies
  • Skills in public speaking and fostering team commitment
  • Knowledge of golf industry and digital platforms including CRM systems
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work overtime including weekends sometimes up to 15 hours a day
  • Position not eligible for immigration sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in sports marketing, business, hospitality management, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Five years of related sales experience preferably in special or sports events
  • Experience with omni-channel sales and marketing platforms and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of business-to-business marketing communication strategies and data-driven sales
  • Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to set targets and design growth plans
  • Knowledge of golf industry and digital marketing platforms like Google Workspace, ZoHo, Salesforce

Job Duties

  • Identify high-potential companies using business-to-business networking and co-op marketing channels
  • Manage omni-channel sales and service processes including digital platforms
  • Maintain and update client databases and tracking systems with quality leads
  • Make sales appointments, respond to inquiries and provide sales materials
  • Maintain regular contact with corporate clients based on individual needs
  • Coordinate Corporate Hospitality Sales Committee activities and meetings
  • Assist in managing corporate hospitality special events once sales goals are achieved
