Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sports marketing, business or hospitality management or related major or equivalent combination of education training and experience
- Five years related experience in sales including special or sports events environment preferred
- Experience with omni-channel, integrated marketing, and sales communication platforms
- Knowledge of business-to-business marketing communication strategies and sales tactics
- Ability to manage client needs and execute sales strategies
- Skills in public speaking and fostering team commitment
- Knowledge of golf industry and digital platforms including CRM systems
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work overtime including weekends sometimes up to 15 hours a day

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sports marketing, business, hospitality management, or related field or equivalent experience
- Five years of related sales experience preferably in special or sports events
- Experience with omni-channel sales and marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Knowledge of business-to-business marketing communication strategies and data-driven sales
- Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to set targets and design growth plans
- Knowledge of golf industry and digital marketing platforms like Google Workspace, ZoHo, Salesforce
Job Duties
- Identify high-potential companies using business-to-business networking and co-op marketing channels
- Manage omni-channel sales and service processes including digital platforms
- Maintain and update client databases and tracking systems with quality leads
- Make sales appointments, respond to inquiries and provide sales materials
- Maintain regular contact with corporate clients based on individual needs
- Coordinate Corporate Hospitality Sales Committee activities and meetings
- Assist in managing corporate hospitality special events once sales goals are achieved
