Job Requirements

full time availability
relevant experience in hospitality, health, or aged care services
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to manage multiple functions and teams
proficiency with Microsoft Office

up to date immunisation as per category C requirements

Job Qualifications

experience in hospitality or hotel services management within SA Health, health, or aged care settings
skilled in report, briefing, business plan, and KPI report development
ability to design, review, and improve systems, policies, and procedures
experience in research, data analysis, and performance monitoring
strong stakeholder, agency, and community engagement skills
project and operational management across multiple functions
proficiency in finance, human resources, procurement, and compliance administration
knowledge of food services, housekeeping, and laundry operations and standards
proficiency in Microsoft Office and document presentation skills
demonstrated leadership managing large multidisciplinary teams

Job Duties

lead essential service operations ensuring smooth hospital and aged care facility function
manage food, cleaning, laundry, and general services portfolios
oversee compliance, quality, safety, and sustainability standards
manage finance, procurement, human resources, and business support functions related to service areas
direct continuous improvement and auditing initiatives
provide expert operational advice and support to RMCLHN sites
oversee safe operation of Murray Bridge Heated Pool
