Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • experience in hospitality or hotel services management within SA Health, health, or aged care settings
  • skilled in report, briefing, business plan, and KPI report development
  • ability to design, review, and improve systems, policies, and procedures
  • experience in research, data analysis, and performance monitoring
  • strong stakeholder, agency, and community engagement skills
  • project and operational management across multiple functions
  • proficiency in finance, human resources, procurement, and compliance administration
  • knowledge of food services, housekeeping, and laundry operations and standards
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and document presentation skills
  • demonstrated leadership managing large multidisciplinary teams

Job Duties

  • lead essential service operations ensuring smooth hospital and aged care facility function
  • manage food, cleaning, laundry, and general services portfolios
  • oversee compliance, quality, safety, and sustainability standards
  • manage finance, procurement, human resources, and business support functions related to service areas
  • direct continuous improvement and auditing initiatives
  • provide expert operational advice and support to RMCLHN sites
  • oversee safe operation of Murray Bridge Heated Pool
