Job Duties
- Coordinate with high-end caterers and Fixed Base Operators to ensure specialized dietary requirements and premium beverage selections are impeccably presented
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger manifests and team strategies
- Enforce security protocols and dominant safety perimeters at private terminals
- Conduct tailored safety briefings for teams and executives ensuring FAA compliance
- Collaborate with travel managers and flight dispatchers to manage seamless logistics from tarmac to destination
- Provide exceptional in-flight service to VIP corporate clients and professional sports teams
- Manage bespoke provisioning including sports nutrition plans and luxury amenities
