Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years kitchen experience
  • At least 4 years experience as an executive chef
  • Culinary certificates from accredited institution or equivalent apprenticeship
  • Serve Safe certified
  • Experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
  • Proven coaching ability without formal authority
  • Compliance with food safety and occupational policies

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-quality culinary leadership role with financial accountability
  • Experience in multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant operations
  • Ability to coach others without formal authority
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • ACF membership and certification preferred
  • Culinary certificates from an accredited school or related apprenticeship experience
  • Minimum 7-10 years kitchen experience including 4 years as an executive chef
  • Experience in high-volume environments
  • Strong presentation and culinary skills
  • Proven ability to coach and teach within the kitchen
  • Serve Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary training and coaching location-level chefs to achieve culinary standards
  • Ensure operational standards are communicated, understood, and met through training and site visits
  • Lead menu development, product selection, and training of culinary standards
  • Collaborate to capture and create culinary and service innovations
  • Manage culinary production to meet food preparation, presentation, and service standards
  • Oversee compliance with food management, occupational, and environmental safety policies
  • Support culinary team with troubleshooting and maintaining food quality and consistency
