  • manage and lead a culinary team, emphasizing quality and presentation
  • train kitchen staff in best practices for food production
  • develop collaborative relationships with employees, sharing clear goals and expectations
  • recognize and reward team contributions
  • organize team meetings and daily briefings
  • maintain meticulous staff records, including training and performance data
  • build and sustain strong relationships with clients and guests
  • engage with guests daily to enhance their dining experience
  • communicate culinary trends and insights within the region
  • achieve food and labor targets consistently
  • focus on margin improvement through data analysis and inventory management
  • ensure quality and safety in all food offerings
  • maintain compliance with Aramark’s operational excellence and safety standards
