Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of corporate events or corporate conferences experience
  • hands-on run-of-show event management expertise
  • bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
  • experienced in managing 10+ events annually
  • strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficient with Asana, Salesforce, Tableau, and SalesLoft
  • ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • creative and forward-thinking mindset
  • adaptable and flexible
  • willingness to travel 30% of the time

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent recent events experience
  • minimum 4 years of corporate events or conference experience with hands-on run-of-show event management
  • experienced in managing 10 or more events annually including booth setup and post-event communications
  • strategic thinker with bias for action and ability to build and evolve programs
  • exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills for internal and external audiences
  • collaborative and pleasant attitude working with cross-functional teams
  • proficient with Asana, Salesforce, Tableau, and SalesLoft
  • experience in B2B SaaS marketing preferred
  • creative and forward-thinking with problem-solving mindset
  • adaptable and flexible with customer-focused approach
  • willing to travel up to 30% across North America

Job Duties

  • own end-to-end program execution for large-scale conference sponsorships
  • manage comprehensive event logistics including scheduling, planning, swag coordination, budget management, onsite team coordination, and vendor oversight
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage social media campaigns, email communications, and sales cadences
  • establish and nurture internal and external relationships to support program growth
  • track and report on conference performance, pipeline impact, and ROI utilizing Salesforce and Tableau
  • manage multiple events and complex timetables using project management tools such as Asana
  • assume responsibility for swag inventory, shipments, expenses, and vendor management
  • perform other duties as needed
