Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in event coordination or management
  • Proven experience managing complex B2B events
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with budget management and vendor relations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10 events per year, including some international travel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong administrative discipline and execution-focused mindset

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in event coordination or management
  • Proven ability to handle large, complex B2B events with tight timelines and high visibility
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in budget management, vendor relations, and contract execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with senior leaders
  • Adaptability to changing priorities in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute events overseeing all logistics including venue coordination, registration, on-site activities, and post-event wrap-up
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align teams, maintain project plans, and communicate updates with stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with external vendors ensuring high-quality event delivery and consistent messaging
  • Oversee event budgets, track expenditures, and coordinate with legal and finance for vendor contracts and invoicing
  • Provide operational support including managing swag inventory and coordinating marketing webinars and internal meetings
  • Maintain event calendars, timelines, and documentation to ensure alignment and visibility
  • Adapt to last-minute changes and challenges with a calm and solution-oriented approach
