Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business or related degree
- 3-5 years of event planning experience with corporate or hospitality focus
- strong background in food and beverage management including menu planning and catering
- skilled in managing multiple timelines and vendor relationships
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- ability to manage risk, compliance, and permitting for events

Job Duties
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and achieve established event goals
- manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and financial reporting
- coordinate logistics including venue, decor, entertainment and AV
- oversee food and beverage planning, tastings, and compliance
- serve as primary liaison with internal clients and stakeholders
- lead on-site event operations and ensure a seamless guest experience
- train and manage event staff and labor schedules
- ensure all events meet compliance, permitting, and risk management standards
- conduct post-event evaluations and report on success metrics
- foster strong working relationships across departments to drive teamwork and event excellence
