Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in project planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with vendor contract negotiation
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Willingness to travel for onsite event support
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or health care preferred

  • Minimum two years relevant experience in project planning
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or health care industry advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Skilled in vendor contract negotiation and vendor management
  • Strong multitasking and project management abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using project management and financial software
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • Experience presenting to internal groups
  • Demonstrated leadership in supervising junior staff

Job Duties

  • Manage event logistics for US Medical Affairs External Programs
  • Use Asana software to coordinate multiple programs
  • Coordinate and process contracts, payments, and reporting
  • Provide onsite support during events
  • Collaborate with team to forecast programs and develop project plans
  • Manage venue sourcing, contract review, and logistical arrangements
  • Maintain program budgets and reconcile expenses
