Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in event coordination or related customer service role
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems
- Physical ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
Job Duties
- The Event Coordinator role involves delivering top-notch customer service by creating personalized and memorable experiences for clients
- This includes ensuring a clean and safe environment, being proactive in welcoming and engaging guests, and efficiently managing event packages and add-ons
- Ensuring an excellent level of cleanliness and safety throughout the venue
- Engaging positively with all Guests
- Comprehensively understanding the features and benefits of our event packages and add-ons
- Effectively selling and coordinating corporate and birthday events
- Accurately recording and updating guest information and sales data using relevant systems
- Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to set and achieve sales targets
- Continuously seeking new opportunities to build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Assisting with local marketing initiatives to boost foot traffic and event bookings
