Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate event planning for large events over 300 people
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proven attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and adaptability
  • Proficiency in MS 365 Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Copilot

Job Duties

  • Support the planning and execution of the Supplier Summit event by managing project plans, operational timelines, and deliverables
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue coordination, hotel arrangements, and collaboration with creative agencies
  • Manage delegate and stakeholder coordination, including invitations, communications, and alignment with internal and external partners
  • Support budget tracking and financial oversight to ensure alignment with approved plans
  • Liaise with legal partners to manage NDAs, competition law considerations, privacy requirements, and related documentation
