Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of corporate event planning experience
  • minimum 5 years managing and mentoring teams
  • proven track record of high-impact event execution
  • strong attention to detail and time management

  • creative and strategic problem-solving skills

  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficient in relevant software applications
  • flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • ability to travel approximately 25%
  • physical capability to handle event materials

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of internal and client-facing events
  • oversee budgeting, staffing, timeline development, vendor coordination, and onsite execution
  • adhere to event timelines from concept to post-event evaluation
  • develop and maintain SOPs, planning templates, and tracking systems
  • act as primary decision-maker in the absence of senior leadership
  • negotiate and secure vendor contracts in line with company standards
  • manage day-of event staffing logistics for large-scale and VIP events
  • conduct quarterly reviews to enhance event participation and engagement
  • collaborate cross-functionally to support event experiences and conferences
  • ensure financial documentation, budget compliance, and post-event reporting
  • collect feedback to improve future event strategies
