Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of corporate or hospitality event planning experience
- strong knowledge of food service operations and event catering
- ability to manage multiple timelines and vendor relationships
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- physical ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- capacity to stand for extended periods
- ability to handle dresses, mannequins, and models during event setup

- equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 3-5 years of event planning experience with corporate or hospitality focus
- strong understanding of food service operations and event catering
- skilled in juggling multiple timelines, vendors, and expectations
- strong communicator, negotiator, and creative thinker
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and achieve established event goals
- manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and financial reporting
- coordinate logistics including venue, decor, entertainment and AV
- oversee food and beverage planning, tastings, and compliance
- serve as primary liaison with internal clients and stakeholders
- lead on-site event operations and ensure a seamless guest experience
- train and manage event staff and labor schedules
- ensure all events meet compliance, permitting, and risk management standards
- conduct post-event evaluations and report on success metrics
- foster strong working relationships across departments to drive teamwork and event excellence
