Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years hospitality experience
- at least 2 years of experience in events
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to manage event logistics precisely and professionally
Job Duties
- support the events team with administration
- coordinate and execute all contracted events
- provide sales assistance to the events team
- oversee event coordination logistics
- direct on-site event activities
- manage communication between clients, vendors, and in-house teams
- ensure event delivery meets high standards
