Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in business travel sales or related roles
- Proven ability to manage key global accounts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel for sales trips and industry meetings
- Proficient in CRM and sales analytics tools
- Must uphold company values including integrity, respect, and customer focus
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business travel sales or account management
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and business travel markets
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt brand operations and global sales organizations
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
- Proficiency in sales tools such as SynsXis, BI Market Data, Lanyon, and Readybid
Job Duties
- Execute sales activities to achieve budgeted business travel goals and support property growth
- Pursue and negotiate transient accounts via telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, trade shows, site inspections, networking, and sales entertainment
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for TMC, Wholesale and Business Travel markets
- Research and analyze financial, technological, and demographic factors to identify market opportunities and establish leadership
- Develop new business with key and target accounts playing a pivotal role in hotel sales efforts
- Plan and execute sales trips and industry-related meetings to develop new business travel accounts collaborating with property Business Travel Sales Managers
- Establish and nurture long-term business relationships with selected high-growth TMC and BT clients
