Job Requirements

  • Experience leading beverage and service programs in hotels or restaurant groups
  • Proven menu engineering skills for wine cocktails and zero-proof beverages
  • Supplier negotiation and partnership experience
  • Cost and inventory control proficiency
  • Front-of-house training and leadership
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service
  • Ability to travel up to 75 percent across properties
  • Capability to work on holidays and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Proven success leading beverage and service programs in hotels or restaurant groups
  • Experience in multi-location program management preferred
  • Expertise in menu engineering for wine cocktails and zero-proof beverages
  • Skilled in supplier negotiation and enterprise partnership management
  • Proficient in cost and inventory control using common POS and beverage tools
  • Strong leadership in front-of-house training and service standards
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service protocols
  • WSET Sommelier or TIPS certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Design innovative beverage menus including wine selections craft cocktails and other complementary drinks
  • Identify and partner with quality beverage suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Monitor inventory levels minimize waste and control costs for profitability
  • Educate and train bar and service teams on mixology wine knowledge service etiquette and beverage pairings
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and liquor laws including responsible service protocols
  • Elevate guest satisfaction through tastings special promotions and knowledgeable beverage guidance
  • Oversee OpenTable GuestCenter and ResyOS portals reviewing reservation trends and floor management
