Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of previous experience
  • One to three years of experience in a managerial capacity
  • Previous work history in food service
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable hands-on experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships
  • Proficiency in customer service using the Aramark standard model
  • Comfortable lifting loads up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Minimum of four years of experience in food service
  • At least 1-3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective client relationships
  • Experience delivering customer service using the Aramark service model
  • Ability to foster productive relationships across departments
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Supervise, train, motivate, and cultivate teams to enhance their productivity
  • Ensure that the food service provision is in line with the Executional Model
  • Offer rewards as acknowledgment for valuable employee contributions
  • Uphold safety and sanitation protocols
  • Recognize client necessities and share updates on operational development
  • Enhance profit generation while overseeing budgetary constraints
  • Confirm consistent generation and monitoring of P&L statements
  • Achieve food and labor targets
  • Coordinate production, distribution, and serving of food
  • Uphold a healthy and secure setting for clients, customers, and staff
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, protocols, and laws
  • Construct and sustain mechanisms for selection, acquisition, storage, cooking, serving, and menu enhancement
  • Develop forecasts and manage accounting for operational components
  • Supervise and coordinate unit employees in production oversight, quality supervision, cost management, labor administration, and staff training
  • Recruit, employ, foster, and preserve front-line team members
  • Implement periodic stock checks
  • Maintain records aligned with ARAMARK and regulatory standards
  • Interact with client leaders to ensure strong relationships
  • Engage in sales procedures and contract discussions
  • Explore chances to introduce fresh offerings
  • Manage customer-facing areas of the restaurant
  • Establish and implement food service initiatives consistent with client objectives and sustainable approaches
