Job Duties
- Lead culinary experiences such as cooking demonstrations and interactive classes that highlight appliance features
- create innovative and seasonal menus to showcase product capabilities
- engage with customers, architects, and designers to provide expert product guidance and personalized recommendations
- organize and manage culinary staff for showroom and off-site events, ensuring smooth execution
- oversee food purchasing, inventory control, and cost management to maintain high standards
- establish and uphold food production standards for quality and consistency
- represent Sub-Zero at dealer and corporate events delivering high-impact culinary presentations
