Job Requirements
- commercial pilot's license required
- first class medical certificate with no limitations required
- minimum 1500 hours total flight time with 500 hours jet time preferred
- knowledge and experience with Falcon aircraft preferred
- ability to pass TSA, PRIA and corporate background checks
- no prior FAA or DOT violations including DUI or DWI
- ability to work flexible schedules and willing to travel internationally
- ability to obtain and maintain necessary travel documents including passports, visas, and international certificates of vaccination
- capable of performing physical tasks including heavy lifting
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic computer literacy
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree preferred
- commercial pilot's license required but ATP preferred
- first class medical certificate with no limitations required
- minimum 1500 hours total flight time with 500 hours jet time preferred
- preferred experience with Falcon aircraft and EASY I/II systems
- effective oral and written communication skills
- demonstrated ability to remain current and qualified on assigned aircraft
- strong organizational and prioritization skills
- professional demeanor with ability to handle confidential information
- flexible and willing to travel internationally
- basic computer skills
Job Duties
- perform and complete required pre/post flight duties and inspections of the aircraft specified
- comply with all company policies, procedures, checklists and working knowledge of company FOM
- effectively communicate orally and in writing
- actively participate in the flight department's Safety Management System (SMS)
- remain current and qualified in the assigned aircraft
- maintain valid certificates required to perform scheduled flight duties
- obtain and maintain passports, visas, international certificates of vaccination and other travel documents as required
- assist with handling of aircraft, passengers, and baggage
- interface with passengers and other company personnel in a professional and courteous manner
