Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- Basic knowledge of computer and AV technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work flexible hours including some evenings or weekends
- Commitment to upholding company policies and workplace etiquette
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities
- Basic technology proficiency, including AV equipment troubleshooting
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of facility management and maintenance procedures advantageous

- Problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic
Job Duties
- Reception and greet visitors and facility occupants
- Build and maintain knowledge of TD Facility layout and personnel
- Verify and log visitor names and security access levels
- Provide information and wayfinding assistance to visitors and personnel
- Notify relevant personnel of visitor arrivals and escort visitors as needed
- Assist visitors with accessibility needs
- Maintain professional and orderly front desk presentation
- Monitor and report facility issues and coordinate maintenance requests
- Perform light cleaning and maintain common areas
- Manage cafe supplies and inventory levels
- Update community boards with approved content
- Troubleshoot meeting room technology issues
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure correct setup
- Ensure meeting rooms are restored after use
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Act as fire warden and assist with safety protocols
- Collaborate with internal food service providers
- Support event setup and signage
- Provide superior customer service at all times
