Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to interact professionally with diverse visitors and personnel

- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Job Duties
- Reception and greet all TD Facility visitors and occupants
- Build and maintain knowledge of TD Facility layout and personnel
- Verify and log visitor names and security access levels
- Provide general information and wayfinding assistance
- Notify and escort visitors to appropriate locations
- Assist visitors with accessibility needs
- Maintain professional presentation of front reception desk
- Enforce workplace etiquette and standards
- Fulfill ad-hoc requests such as event planning, data entry, and signage creation
