Job Requirements
- associate’s degree in culinary arts or equivalent post-secondary culinary training
- minimum of 5 years progressive culinary experience
- ability to present and engage effectively with customers and internal teams
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- willingness and ability to travel frequently for food shows, customer visits, and presentations
- physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 40 lbs during demos and kitchen work
Job Qualifications

- 5+ years of progressive culinary experience
- strong creativity, culinary skills, and passion for food innovation
- comfort presenting and engaging with customers and cross-functional teams
- proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- ability to travel for customer visits, food shows, and presentations
Job Duties
- support the Corporate Executive Chef in culinary development, recipe creation, and customer presentations
- create and document recipes that showcase Rosina products across various cuisines and applications
- participate in sales presentations, food shows, customer visits, and demos
- identify and present culinary trends related to flavors, ingredients, cuisines, and preparation methods
- collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to support customer needs and innovation
- maintain a comprehensive recipe and product application library
- ensure all food preparation follows GMPs, sanitation, allergen, and food safety standards
- serve as a culinary leader in the absence of the Corporate Executive Chef during events and presentations
