Job Requirements

  • Previous catering experience is preferred
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday with shifts between 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Compliance with company policies including safety and sanitation procedures
  • Willingness to handle physical tasks such as lifting, use of gloves, and proper food handling
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality such as fine-dining restaurants, five-star hotels, private clubs, yachts, or executive residences
  • Demonstrated mastery of formal service techniques with a modern, intuitive approach
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, calm demeanor, and presence under pressure
  • Strong understanding of food, beverage, and service pacing at a fine-dining level
  • Valid driver’s license may be required
  • Ability to obtain food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned guests, managing the full dining and hospitality experience from arrival through departure
  • Deliver restaurant-level a la carte service within executive meeting rooms and private dining spaces
  • Anticipate guest needs before they are requested, including beverage preferences, dietary considerations, pacing, and privacy
  • Coordinate seamlessly with captains, managers, culinary, sales, AV, facilities, and security teams to ensure a flawless experience
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, ingredients, sourcing, and preparation techniques to confidently guide guests
  • Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations
  • Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times
