Job Requirements

  • previous catering experience is preferred
  • ability to work full-time schedule Monday through Friday
  • ability to work assigned shifts including mornings and evenings
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • valid driver's license may be required
  • possession or ability to obtain valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit where required by state law

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality such as fine-dining restaurants five-star hotels private clubs yachts or executive residences
  • demonstrated mastery of formal service techniques with a modern intuitive approach
  • exceptional emotional intelligence calm demeanor and presence under pressure
  • strong understanding of food beverage and service pacing at a fine-dining level
  • valid driver’s license may be required
  • possession or ability to obtain food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law

Job Duties

  • serve as the primary point of contact for assigned guests managing the full dining and hospitality experience from arrival through departure
  • deliver restaurant-level a la carte service within executive meeting rooms and private dining spaces
  • anticipate guest needs before they are requested including beverage preferences dietary considerations pacing and privacy
  • coordinate seamlessly with captains managers culinary sales av facilities and security teams to ensure a flawless experience
  • maintain detailed knowledge of menus ingredients sourcing and preparation techniques to confidently guide guests
  • assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations
  • maintain food temperatures logs and ensure cleanliness and safety following all events
