Job Requirements
- previous catering experience is preferred
- ability to work full-time schedule Monday through Friday
- ability to work assigned shifts including mornings and evenings
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
- valid driver's license may be required
- possession or ability to obtain valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit where required by state law
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality such as fine-dining restaurants five-star hotels private clubs yachts or executive residences
- demonstrated mastery of formal service techniques with a modern intuitive approach
- exceptional emotional intelligence calm demeanor and presence under pressure
- strong understanding of food beverage and service pacing at a fine-dining level
- valid driver’s license may be required
- possession or ability to obtain food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law
Job Duties
- serve as the primary point of contact for assigned guests managing the full dining and hospitality experience from arrival through departure
- deliver restaurant-level a la carte service within executive meeting rooms and private dining spaces
- anticipate guest needs before they are requested including beverage preferences dietary considerations pacing and privacy
- coordinate seamlessly with captains managers culinary sales av facilities and security teams to ensure a flawless experience
- maintain detailed knowledge of menus ingredients sourcing and preparation techniques to confidently guide guests
- assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations
- maintain food temperatures logs and ensure cleanliness and safety following all events
